Fitness Services

When you work out:

  • are you working in a way that feels clear, strong and effective to you?
  • is your overall conditioning program well suited to match your goals?
  • is the purpose of each exercise you are doing clear to you?
  • are you hurtin’, or feeling good?
  • are you making practical progress and experiencing improvements over time?

I can help you get the most out of your workouts through helping you gain an increased understanding of what you are doing, how you are doing it, and whether your conditioning program realistically and effectively supports you and your goals.

I bring to my work a 25 year background of working in the fitness field where my primary interest has been to help people develop functional movement and strength for real-life activities, along with the rich depth of the Feldenkrais® approach to movement and learning.

My aim is to help you discover and experience how you can learn and move more efficiently and with greater quality and ease.
